• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
